Deep Renewal: Sound, Yoga & Reiki
Join Jessica and Brian for a deeply restorative fusion of mindful movement, sound, and energy healing. This class combines gentle therapeutic yoga with live sound healing using crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs and other soothing instruments. Reiki offered throughout the session as well.
