Looking for the perfect balance of movement and stillness? This all-levels Vin/Yin class blends energizing Vinyasa with deep, restorative Yin.

We’ll begin with a Vinyasa-style flow, moving through 3–5 rounds of creative, heat-building sequences designed to build strength, balance, and body awareness. This is your space to explore- take variations, move in a way that feels good, and let go of perfection. Be playful, be curious, and open yourself up to the possibility of flying (and falling). Find freedom in this meditation in motion.

From there, we’ll transition with breathwork into a grounding cool-down, shifting into longer-held Yin postures and a full-body, stretches to support flexibility, release tension, and calm the nervous system. Optional hands-on assists are offered to deepen the experience.

Whether you're craving movement, stillness, or a bit of both, this class offers space to build strength, soften, and reset—leaving you feeling refreshed, centered, and deeply restored.
