In this workshop we will use props to position the body in prolonged gentle stretches for fascial release. Approximately four-six postures, balanced on each side of the body, will be explored during our time together.
Developed to stimulate connective tissues, access tendon and ligament flexibility, support the joints, move energy, create calm and balance our active, yang practices, yin yoga is a glorious and supportive way to spend time on your mat!
