Join us for a deeply nourishing 75-minute Yin Yoga practice, where we’ll explore the energy of the chakras through long-held, passive postures. Yin yoga is a slow, meditative practice that targets the connective tissues—fascia, ligaments, and joints—encouraging deep release, improved flexibility, and energetic balance.
Each month, we’ll focus on one of the seven chakras, beginning with the Root Chakra on April 13. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and guided reflection, we’ll bring awareness and harmony to these vital energy centers, supporting emotional, physical, and energetic well-being.
