Looking for the perfect balance of movement and stillness? This all-levels Vin/Yin Yoga class blends the energizing flow of Vinyasa with the deep release of Yin.
We’ll begin with a 30 minute of gentle Vinyasa-style sequence to build warmth, improve circulation, and awaken the body with mindful movement. Then we’ll shift into 30 minutes of longer-held Yin postures, inviting stillness and deep relaxation to open the connective tissues and calm the nervous system.
Whether you're craving an approachable flow, a grounding stretch, or both — this class offers space to move, rest, and reset.
