Children learn breathing exercises, yoga poses & relaxation techniques, all in a fun imaginative way. This class is designed for ages 4-10, trauma informed and all inclusive for those who need additional support.
We have plenty of mats for everyone or you’re welcome to bring your own.
6 week kids yoga series, save and sign up for all 6 weeks or drop-in as you can. Preregistration recommended, class space is limited.
