Everyone is welcome to this gentle Hatha style class. We will synchronize movement with breath. Encouraging yogis to find self-awareness, balance, and harmony with themselves. 60 minutes of gentle movement through postures (asana), followed by 15 minutes of breathing techniques (pranayama). Great for all levels of practitioner and those looking for a slower paced practice.
